Beat Cancer!!

Mrs. Petite American Dream 2013 and one of our 2013 Lifetime Queens attended a Beat Cancer event on August 24, 2013.  Here's what Yvonne had to say about it:

This was an amazing event! Kodi Zene is such an inspiration! He wrote a song called Encore! So beautiful and touching! Today we were a part of the video shoot and song recording. Never Let Go...Never Let Go...Never Let Go...It will be available on itunes. A percentage of the funds will be benefiting the Love, Hope, Strength foundation.
I was so honored to be part of this project! His message was very clear, there is always hope and to never give up! ♥

Mrs. Florida is Wiem'ing N' Dining!

Jennifer Etter, Mrs. Florida American Dream 2013, attended the Wiem N' Dine Fundraiser on September 8, 2013.  Her fur babies supported the cause by getting a bath in the fundraiser's dog wash, and she had a great time with some great dogs for a great cause!

On Top of the World

One of our Lifetime Queens and half of our beautiful emcee duo this year Tanya Eldemire visited Dubai and went to the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa.

The Burj Khalifa is 2,772ft. tall.  It has 57 elevators, and has the highest observation deck in the world at 1,483ft. Tanya was definitely on top of the world, and what a gorgeous view!

Dubai is one of my favorite places to visit and I am so happy an American Dream queen was there representing our system!

Healthy Living

Miss American Dream 2013 attended the Oasis Health Preventative Screenings Festival to spread and support living a healthy lifestyle and getting preventative care regularly.  Stay healthy and beautiful Kristal!

Our Lady and Teen American Dream 2013 titleholders helped the Missoula Carousel with their 18th Annual Dinner and Silent Auction.  They had a ton of fun, and everyone was super nice.  Great job ladies!!

A Day to Remember

Yesterday Aug. 24th I had the opportunity to spend time and educate others about the importance of Preventive Healthcare and the worth of Volunteer work at The First Annual Oasis Preventive Screening Tests Clinics at Oasis Church in Apopka, Fl. It was a great opportunity for me because it felt great to educate others but also bring happiness to others. The clinic included free preventive testing of blood pressure, diabetes, skin diseases, dentistry, HIV, and chiropractor. It was a day to remember.
